McCallums Foods is a family business run by Chris McCallum as the Managing Director with over 30 years industry experience as a butcher and a retailer. He is supported by a Factory Manager, Ian Telford as well as a number of highly skilled butchers working on the production line making our products.

Our famous Ayrshire Sliced Sausage products are made with quality local meat from assured farms. They are produced freshly every day and supplied directly to convenience stores across Scotland.
